Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2025

1. Definitions

"Client" means you, the person or business using our services. "Shed Erections" means the service provider. "Services" means the services described on this website. "Deliverables" means the completed work product.

2. Scope of Work & Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon completion, before delivery
  • Project scope, timelines, and costs are agreed in writing beforehand
  • Late payments may result in suspension or additional fees

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You must supply required materials promptly
  • Delays in supplying materials may extend timelines or increase costs
  • You confirm all materials are owned by you or properly licensed

4. Revisions & Approval

  • You have 7 calendar days to request changes after notification of completion
  • Absence of feedback within this period constitutes automatic approval
  • Extensive revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend access that violates applicable law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. All completed work must be invoiced and paid before assets are released.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you own the agreed deliverables. Shed Erections reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability

Shed Erections is not liable for indirect losses including business interruption or lost income. Maximum liability is capped at the amounts paid for the specific services related to the claim.

9. Amendments

Shed Erections may update these terms at any time. The current version will always be published on this page.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
